These are trusty rye sourdoughs consisting of 4 key ingredients: Organic (OG) Flour · Filtered water · Salt · Rye starter (whole OG rye flour + water + time). All flours are sourced through Meadowlark Organics (meadowlarkorganics.com), grain farmers who’ve supplied Lonesome Stone Milling Co recently bought it. MO continue to locally grow organic (OG) grains and mill them sustainably. Additions Most herbs and garlic are harvested from Minnie's OG garden. Seeds, spices, herbs & vegetables are organic whenever possible. Sunday AM, options are texted, emailed & posted. Choose by Wednesday PM.
